I have had my Ring Doorbell for about 3 years now. But this year, it has started continuously disconnecting. At first, it would disconnect once every week to two weeks, but now it disconnects every single day. How can I fix this? There is nothing wrong with it. Its close to Wifi and the battery is full. This is incredibly annoying.
Hi @Deva. In the Device Health menu, what is your RSSI for the Doorbell? I would also see if rebooting your internet router will help. Also, is this Doorbell hardwired or battery only? Thanks, neighbor!
