Ring Doorbell remains in black and white


My gen1 Ring DB is stuck in black and white mode. I tried a number of suggestions (flashlight, rebooting, etc) and still no change. I’ve had the unit for 3 or 4 years and never had a problem until recently. Wifi signal is strong, battery is 100% and rssi is -57. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks

Hi @user63431. I would make sure you completed a factory reset correctly by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds and then reconnecting it to your wifi. If you have done this step and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
