Ring doorbell recording issues

Hi @user040472. This may be due to the strength of the wifi connection that your Video Doorbell is receiving. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page? You can learn more about RSSI here. I would also recommend resetting your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, walk the Doorbell through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. This is a common troubleshooting step that can resolve technical issues, such as what you’re seeing on the Live View and recordings.
