Ring doorbell reacts to visitors but now shows no video available to download.
Last video stored was at 0743 today(11/1/22)
A Shared camera produces a normal image
Device help shows good.
What can you suggest?

i have been having the same thing for the last week now but today my ring 2020 has seemed to have gave up doing anything im guessing ring did a update and killed a alot of doorbells i have even done a hard reset of the bell the other day and it worked until today. lets hope they can fix it because my doorbell is close to leaning to fly

As I’m chairbound I like to have the doorbell - not that it has ever worked rapidly enough for me to have a conversation with a courier - if only to see a retreating back!
However I have had two successful live looks on my smartphone today but haven’t tried a tablet yet today. (my tablet insists on autofilling the verification code so I can’t respond to ring and can’t find how to turn autofill off…)
All seems back to normal now.
I can’t say it is solved as I have no idea what the cause was…
I just hope that both your difficulties have resolved in the same mysterious way?
