This doorbell sound is rubbish compared with my old Doorbell2. Spent a lot of money for a poorer product. Thinking of sending it back and going elsewhere.
Thanks, I have tried all of that. Sound has not worked properly since installing 2 days ago. I have now e.mailed Ring and am awaiting a reply, the sound quality is far, far worse that the old ring2 doorbell which worked perfectly, so much for upgrading!
