My ring doorbell pro always has a problem when I watch the video been recorded the people in the video will stuck for a moment but the background sound is still normal but after the stuck it will skip a lot of part of video. How do I fix it
@kennyzheng Sounds like a WiFi strength issue. Whats the RSSI value? Go into the ring app, then your device, settings and then health. Will give an RSSI value in there.
