Some have reported that a tap on the side of the doorbell might fix your issue.
Be careful if you decide to do this.

Hi @sSuperman. If the video or Live View on your Doorbell has a hue or color over it, try resetting it by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, set the Doorbell back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device and test out the Live View.

If that doesn’t work, other neighbors have gently tapped the side of their Ring device as @SolarEclipse mentioned and this helped resolve it. However, make sure you exercise caution if you choose to try that step as we don’t recommend doing anything that may damage your Ring device.
