Recently moved into a new home with an existing ring doorbell pro. I’ve ordered the replacement parts kit, however the security screw to remove the faceplate was the wrong size (smaller) even though I ordered the correct kit. It appears to be the same size as a T15, but with a hollowed tip. Any advice on receiving the correct bit? I’ve contacted support with no help and now have a useless spare parts kit. Thanks!
Same issue here…need to change WiFi SSID, and need to remove faceplate, with same type of screw. I misplaced the bit that came with the kit. Any advice would be appreciated. Thx!
Me three. I’ve looked all over for a true replacement screw and everythign has fallen short. If anyone find a replacement I would be interested in learning more about it. Thanks!

You can telephone Ring Support and they can assist you to get replacement screws and special screwdriver, especially if you ordered spare part kits from Ring and the parts were incorrect.
