Ring Doorbell Pro quit working

My doorbell started “chirping” this morning. No pattern, just random times anywhere from a couple seconds to 30 seconds apart. When doorbell button is pressed, doorbell does not ring immediately but may ring 5-10 minutes later. It doesn’t pick up motion either. It will be online and then offline. Doorbell is about 5 years old. The chime unit has not lost WiFi connection. No WiFi issues with anything else. No power outages. I couldn’t find any posts with similar issues. Is it dead?

Hi @Vegas63. This is certainly odd. Do you have a video example of this happening? Start by performing a reset on the Ring Pro by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Once that is complete, you can reconnect to WiFi. Let me know if this helps.
