My Ring Doorbell Pro has worked flawlessly for 16 months, randomly the other day it’s not getting power. When you touch the doorbell it’s hot to touch, hitting the reset button doesn’t have any effect since there is no power. Any thoughts on next steps?
The weather has probably ruined your $299 doorbell. I’ve been trying to get support to see if I can get a replacement or at least the door piece. Mine hasn’t worked since December.
