Ring Doorbell Pro Offline

My Ring Doorbell Pro went offline two weeks ago. Followed the troubleshooting steps, but will not connect. Reset the power, still will not connect. I cannot connect to its WiFi in setup mode.

This is the second time this has happened. The first time it resolved on its own after a week. I’m thinking this unit is defective.

I had a similar issue. In the end I called the Support number and they were very helpful. Ended up sending me a new doorbell replacement free of charge.

Hi my doorbell pro is offline from yesterday after past 5:00 pm. I having try to connect to WiFi and nothing. I don’t know what going on
