Has anyone else had issues with their ring doorbell pro going offline for no reason? I checked the Wi-Fi and nothing seems to be wrong, but for some reason I cannot reset the Wi-Fi. there’s no light when I click the button under the cover on the side of the device. I’ve checked the power and nothing is wrong with it that I can tell. I even check the circuit breaker just in case but it’s all good. Running out of ideas how to troubleshoot. It was working completely fine until sometime earlier today. I didn’t even receive a notification when it went offline which is annoying.
Hi @user50431. If your Ring Pro is unresponsive and showing no signs of power, you’ll need to check the connections on the Ring Pro.
