For various reasons, I’ve had to install a TP-Link Mesh Wi-Fi system in my home. I’ve managed to connect all of my WiFi devices to my new Mesh network EXCEPT my Ring Doorbell Pro. I now see on here there have been problems with this combination. However the problems were all over a year ago. Surely Ring has fixed it by now? Help, please
Hi @BarmyAnne. Is there a specific error you are having when connecting your Ring Pro? I would try to perform a reset on your device and then reconnect it to your wifi. You can perform a reset by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. This should allow your Ring Pro to connect. I hope this helps!
