Ring Doorbell Pro no video

After installing the system it claims to have connected to my network. Door bell chimes in the home and on my cell phone.

But video says no Internet? I have a strpng signal in the whole home as Televisions are internet only, garage door is Internet controlled (Home8), and sprinkler system in garage receives a strong signal (Rachio).

I have reset numerous times and the system is hardwired with good voltage. RSSI-43 for signal strength.

Brand new system is this a bad unit?
