Just installed my Video Doorbell Pro and can’t get my night vision to work:
Hi @atlanticdam. I suggest doing a complete power cycle of your Ring Pro, and then reset it. To do this, remove power to the Ring Pro for 3 minutes, and then return power. Next, to reset the Ring Pro, remove the faceplate and press and hold the setup button for 30 seconds, then release. Once this is complete, see if the night vision has improved.
