Hey guys fresh setup. Everything works if I set my door bell type to NONE.
If I set it to mechanical the ring doorbell itself shorts out and turns off and reboots, the inside mechanical bell does not go off.

Hi @shipracer. The first thing you’ll want to check is if your chime kit is compatible with your Doorbell Pro. You can check it on our list here to make sure it’s compatible. If that checks out, then you’ll want to make sure the Pro Power Kit is wired properly by looking at the steps here.
