Ring doorbell pro loses wifi connection 3 or more times per week

  • Check the RSSI to see if it indicates a poor wifi connection. This is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app.
  • You can find a list of the ports and protocols used by Ring devices here. You may need to make some adjustments to your router’s settings if any of these are blocked.
  • Review any other changes to your wifi router or network. This could include automatic updates or changes that your internet service provider might have done, so you may need to contact them for more information or assistance.
