Ring Doorbell Pro Left Light Flashing

I just received my Ring Doorbell Pro today from Woot (certified refurbished by Amazon with warranty).

Instlled everything (including the power kit). When I apply power the doorbell left light flashes. I tried pressing the setup button on the side to no avail. I tried holding the setup button for 30 seconds to perform a hard reboot to no avail.

I can not get the doorbell to enter setup mode so that I can add it to my ring app.

I have a 16 volt transformer.

What to do?

Well, after fiddling with it for a while it did eventually come up and I was able to pair it to the app. Will let it go for a while and see what happens.
