Ring Doorbell Pro from False to No Notification

Has anyone ever had a problem with the Doorbell Pro having False notifications beyond set detection zones for a 7-10 days, and then no notification afterwards? I went through trouble-shootings several times with technical support agents, but it still malfunctions.
I just want to check to see if this is common problem with the Doorbell Pro.
The first few months were fine, then it started to have the issues above.

I am really disappointed with the advanced, and expensive product going bad in only a few months!
