Ring Doorbell Pro - Ethernet

I have a Ring Doorbell Pro connected via POE. However, it will only connect via WiFi and the signal is reported as very poor, even though the access point is 20’ away. During setup, it does not give me a chance to say WiFi or Ethernet. How do you set it up as Ethernet?

I assume you mean the Doorbell Elite not the Doorbell Pro. The Pro does not do POE but the Elite does. I do not have the Elite doorbell, but I do have the Ring POE cameras. During setup one of the questions was use ethernet or wifi. I would certainly assume that would be the same for the doorbell. So I would call support and let them walk you through it.
