Why does my ring doorbell pro go offline when I plug in the ring chimer?
Hi @mmcrawford63. I find it odd that your Pro is disconnecting with the addition of the Chime, as one should not affect the other. The first thing I’d recommend checking are your speeds and how many devices are connected to the network. If there are too many devices sharing the same bandwidth and speeds, adding a new device to the network might cause another to receive less resources and fall offline. Can you please confirm you are using our regular Chime, or a Chime Pro?
It’s ok I solved it by going to settings on the ring app and added the chime to the doorbell ??
