I spend a lot of money on ring products. I don’t see why I have to pay $15.00 for a white cover for my doorbell pro when it should be included in the product. I feel that ring should refund me the money along with the shipping charge after what I spent this year alone on ring products. Other customers feel that that white cover should be included with the ring pro doorbell and not a ivory cover.

If you are interested in getting one, I recommend giving our support team a call to see if you are able to get this. I do not know of any programs we have where Plus Plan members get exclusive deals for free accessories, but it’s worth asking our team if you have the time to call!

Ring has a terrific product on the market today, but the product is only as good as the customer support provided. In my opinion ring has the “WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT” you have your people trained to read a manual and if they cannot answer your question then they put you on hold while they go ask someone else who does not know. This is how unhappy I am with your customer support. When I have problem I have to deppend on my technical background to fix it! Please don’t call or email me cause I do not want to hear from ring! One discusted customer.
