ring doorbell pro blue screen on viewing
i have a ring doorbell pro that was working fine yesterday at 6pm however when it changed to night vision it still has a blue screen today even on live view? is it as simple as a quick reset , if iut was an old tv i would say that the RGB has failed but ?any ideas please

Hi @NeilDavies. If you notice any discoloration in your Doorbell's recordings or Live View, you'll definitely want to take it through a reset and a fresh setup to correct this. You can reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is done, follow the steps under Set Up a Device to set the Doorbell back up in the Ring App again. This should resolve your concern, but if it doesn't, you'll want to follow up with our support team for further assistance on this.
