Ring doorbell pro bell transformer

Hi,

I have a garo 8-12-24V bell transformer in my breaker box and I am based in Ireland.

There is an existing traditional doorbell in house, I want you replace this with ring pro doorbell and want to know if my existing transformer would supply enough power to run the pro doorbell.

Presently the bell transformer is hooked up to the 12V terminal. I can move it to 24V but I am not sure if that is enough since the transformer is rated at 8VA.

Would this be enough to run the pro doorbell or do I need to change the bell transformer? If needed to be changed, can you share a link to purchase one.

However, I saw some posts elsewhere where people are running the bell on exactly same transformer fine.

A bit confused, any help is appreciated.
