Ring Doorbell Pro and Echo Show 5

I have two problems.

  1. When I ask Echo Show 5 to show the front door it does display the video but if it is in this mode the Doorbell Pro button will not operate.

  2. I have seen another post on this forum asking for the Echo Show to automatically display when the Doorbell Pro button is pressed.

Does anyone have answers to these problems?

I have the same problem. The Doorbell does not work with live view on the Echo show or Firestick (Amazon devices). It will work on live view on my phone and computer. Hopefully this will be fixed.
