We got a new modem and Video Doorbell Pr 2 wont reconnect. Keeps asking for verification code, I accepts it the 1st time during set up and then asks for it again but then tells us it is the wrong code. This has been going on for weeks now. About ready to throw it in the bin. Have had nothing but problems with this product since we got it - expensive paper weight. NOT HAPPY
Hi @AnnaVS. I’d recommend starting from scratch by completing a brand new setup of the Doorbell Pro 2 using the steps under Set Up a Device. Make sure you have the QR code ready to scan, or you can enter the 5-digit pin code rather than scanning. Continue following along with the in-app prompts for the setup process.
