Installed the Pro 2 (hardwired).
Within a few minutes the indoor chime stared going off nonstop. Then doorbell went out with no power.
Ordered the ring doorbell transformer and installed. Powered everything on and inside chime is still humming (no longer dinging) and no power.
Hi @fmfoley. What is the make and model of your chime kit, and is it a mechanical or digital chime? Additionally, do you have the Pro Power Kit installed?
It’s the Nutone BK125LWH-1 mechanical chime and the pro power kit v3 is installed onto the chime. Also verified setting in app has chime listed as mechanical.
