Ring Doorbell Pro 2 not recording events

My Ring doorbell Pro 2 used to be great; however, is not recording all events since last update. It will only record if someone rings the doorbell. It use to people walking up and down our driveway and walkway, and show cars coming and leaving our driveway and passing in front of our house, but will not record these events anymore. I have performed the following without resolution:

  1. Ring is set to max sensitivity.
  2. Motions zones are set correctly.
  3. Device Health shows green RSSI signal.
  4. I have rebooted Ring Doorbell using ring app.
  5. I deleted and setup device again.
  6. Smart alerts is turned off.
  7. Notifications are turned on.

Despite above efforts, Ring Doorbell Pro 2 is not recording events. Unless this is fixed soon, will have to get rid of Ring and cancel subscription, and find another company. Ring is useless now.
