Hi, Recently bought and installed the ring doorbell plus. It’s fully charged, however it doesn’t allow live view in the app due to “low battery”. I can view live view via the website though. The bell button doesn’t ring and no notifications are sent to the app. The only thing working is the hourly snapshots. I’ve charged it for 18 hours on first set up, and 6 hours the day after until both lights were on. In the app, it doesn’t give a battery percent, it only says “add a battery”. Wi-Fi is green. Firmware up to date.
