I had problems with my wi-fi a while back and had to “reset” my Ring Doorbell 2 to get it to hook up again. Now my Ring account shows I have no devices registered to my property, even though the door bell works and I can get live view, I cannot renew or even purchase a basic policy to be able to keep the videos. I have redone the “hook up” for the door bell several times, and it refuses to register on my account! As of now it’s just a glorified door bell and peephole. Doesn’t save a thing! Grrrr
Have you called customer service? They should be able to help you.
