Ring doorbell, not working

I have a ring doorbell pro. It is hardwired. The doorbell is not working. I disconnected the doorbell connect. The two hardwired wires and there is power. But the doorbell isn’t operating. What should I do?

Hi @user49856. Checking that there is power at the wires was an excellent troubleshooting step to take. You also want to make sure the Pro Power Kit is installed correctly on your in-home chime. Try rebooting the Doorbell as well by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds.
