Hi @Lilos. I would suggest resetting the Doorbell and taking it through a new setup in the Ring App to ensure everything is working properly. You can reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. From there, you’ll want to set it back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device.
