I have a ring door bell bought 2 to 3 years ago. Worked fine for most parts now I lost connection to the ring doorbell so I took it out to diagnose the problem. I think something is wrong with it now since the only time I see the doorbell is if it is right beside the router. Moving it a bit further than 5 feet will not allow us to get a stable connection
Hey @Wiltlim. It’s possible you may not have a strong enough wifi connection when further away, either due to interference or an outdated router. I recommend calling your ISP to let them know that you have a wifi device that is failing to stay connected to ensure you have an up to date router and a strong enough connection for the Doorbell!
