Ring doorbell not showing video

I’ve had my ring doorbell for years and it’s worked perfectly. I just upgraded my iPhone and now videos aren’t showing. Anyone have any ideas to fix? Thanks.

Try another mobile device, if possible, as this can rule out many mobile device specific variables. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on the mobile device. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. As long as connection is sufficient live view should connect.
