For the last few days my ring door bell is not picking up motion and if it is I am getting an error saying this event did not record correctly. Live view is saying camera preview not available.
I have updated my app, reset the device, my wife is working fine.
There is no reason for it
Any help or suggestions please
Hi @user48146. I’d recommend checking the signal strength on the Device Health page. There will be a number next to RSSI, which indicates how strong or weak the signal is. If that’s within a good range, the next thing you can try is a quick reboot of your Doorbell. The reboot option is located on the bottom of the Device Health page, and should only take a few minutes.
