My ring doorbell rings outside when the button is pushed, but I am not getting any sound notification on my phone. Ring Alerts are set to “on”, Wi-fi is working. It was working a week ago. No changes have been made. Cannot get it to sound now on my phone.
UPDATE: Problem solved. I had my iphone set to “personal” in Focus, and had not allowed notifications from the Ring app while in personal mode. Once I alloweed the Ring app, all is fine.
