Ring Doorbell Not Recording Videos or Snapshots. Black videos

Specifically for your video recordings appearing black, we have a Help Center Article here that may have some useful information for you. As always, checking the RSSI and making sure your Doorbell has a good connection is a great step, as well as making sure the ports and protocols used by Ring devices are open on your router.
