Ring doorbell not recording or showing live veiw

Ring doorbell is not recording motion and live view is unavailable. I have checked the signal strength is good, battery is fully charged and health check says all is good. I have rebooted my router also. Attached screen shot of what I see

Hi @frase75. Those were excellent troubleshooting steps to take for your concern. You can also try rebooting your Ring Doorbell from the Ring app to see if that helps. If that fails, factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
