Ring doorbell not recording anything

I have an up to date firm ware ring door bell with a router within 10 ft. Good rssi. Yet records nothing. You can see motion but not recorded

If you are subscribed and are not seeing recordings in your event history, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:

I can’t even view them on the Ring website for doorbell rings. I am unsure what is going on.
