I have an up to date firm ware ring door bell with a router within 10 ft. Good rssi. Yet records nothing. You can see motion but not recorded
Hi @kcqpokemon! Please ensure that you have an active subscription and that you were not on a free trial that may have lapsed. Check out our Protect Plans to learn more about this. If you are subscribed and are not seeing recordings in your event history, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device. I hope this helps!

I can’t even view them on the Ring website for doorbell rings. I am unsure what is going on.
