Im confused. I have had a Ring doorbell at front of property and a Ring floodlight cam at the back for over a year which have worked fine. At the weekend my Ring doorbell has stopped picking up motion, nor will it live access, yet it is able to show a live snapshot when you first load it so its clearly picking up some live stream. The floodlight cam still works perfectly fine. Nothing has changed with wifi settings. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to get the doorbell working fully again?
Hi @dazza11. What is the RSSI for your Doorbell? If the RSSI is too low, it could cause intermittent connectivity resulting in poor Motion Detection. I would also try rebooting your internet router. You can do this by unplugging it for 3 minutes and allowing the internet to restore. Let me know if this works for you.
