I’ve had the bell about 4 years. Recently, I received a notice that the bell was offline - however, all my ring cameras were online, so clearly not an internet issue. Also, bell light was not on, but when ringing bell, sound would go off 30+ seconds later after pushing button. I’m pretty sure the bell itself is defektive, but how can I be sure?
Hi @AndreaTX. If you have a Doorbell Pro, I’d first recommend checking that the Doorbell is wired properly and receiving sufficient power. Next, you can perform a reset on your Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is done, complete a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
