So I installed my ring door bell and chime today and it worked briefly, now the bell has gone ‘offline’ and won’t reconnect to my wifi. There’s no issues with my wifi, I followed all the troubleshooting steps to try to get it to work and nothing seems to be working! the doorbell just keeps telling me there’s an issue with the wifi which I know there isn’t! Has anyone had this problem and any suggestions how to fix it please!
My ring has been down for months now. Says the same thing” streaming error”. Nothing is wrong with my internet as ever device is running fine. This device was working flawlessly for two years then around May we were having problems . Have tried customer support and did the same thing over and over again. Tried it today after a month has gone by. Same thing not sure what going on with ring but this device will not work. Removed from my phone, reinstalled and same problem. Tried to hook up to a hot spot and still nothing. Something appears to not be working on Rings end for this to happen.
Hi neighbors! It sounds like both of you have tried a lot of the basic troubleshooting steps already in order to resolve this. When it comes to connectivity concerns, there are a lot of different factors that could be affecting it.
