My 1st Gen doorbell stopped working on May 1, saying it’s not connected to WiFi. (Of course it happened while we were out of town.) On top of that, when I try to reconnect, the orange button is doing nothing…so I can’t reset, reconnect, etc. I was at the last step in canceling when I thought I’d come here for last-ditch help. Help?
Hi @MF26. Does this Doorbell have a full battery charge? If you plug it in to charge, do you see any lights?
