Ring Doorbell Not Charging

My Ring doorbell is less than a year old. It was purchased on Amazon. When I charge the device it will turn on and fully charge. As soon as I unplug from charger it will turn off stating the battery has died.

How can I contact support and do these devices come with a warranty?
