My doorbell is a month old and somehow it stopped charging and the blue light is flashing. No sign that the device is charging.
Hi there, @Shawn7! When charging your Video Doorbell or a quick release battery pack for a Video Doorbell, there should certainly be a light indication that charging is occurring. Try out another outlet, micro usb cable, or even adapter brick (the component that plugs into the wall outlet and connects the usb).
