Ring Doorbell not charging. Possible Solution

I have been having a recharging issue since March. I've read all the posts on the charging issue. I checked all 3 video2 doorbells for voltage. On my garage I have a 16V transformer with a resister. I tried the washers (had no effect). Have great RSSI on all. Deleted cameras, reinstalled cameras. 2 cameras always drained...2-3% a day. Nothing worked.Last night before I went to bed, I deleted the Ring App from my phone and reinstalled it. It looks different. Anyway when I checked this morning, all 3 camera batteries were at 100%. This seems too simple to be the final answer but I will monitor it for a few days and see if they stay charged. This is definately a software issue on Ring's end. They are very much in denial...
