Ring doorbell no longer displaying video

So my doorbell as been previously working fine but has suddenly stopped displaying any video. I can do a reset and it’s online, and health check fine but still no video. Doorbell is constantly pulsating blue, I can set to the white circling ring for set up but then back to blue pulsating again.

Any ideas or is the doorbell just knackered. Only 14 months old.

Hi @user34929. Here is some more information about your doorbells light patterns. What is the RSSI for this device? Have you tried rebooting your router? Do the videos in your history appear in full color? Have you tried viewing them on Ring.com?
