Ring Doorbell no longer connected to phone

Ring doorbell was installed months ago. Today when trying to start live video, I was required to set up an account. Then it wanted me to connect device with QR code. There is no QR Code. There is no PIN. The connection instructions in the app say press the orange button on the back of the device. It is already installed on the doorbell. Do I need to remove it as if I were installing it for the first time?

Hi @spectru. Has the Doorbell been setup before? If so, ensure that you are logging into the Ring app using the same email/password that was used to setup the Doorbell. If you need to reconnect it to wifi, you can do so in the Ring app under the Device Health menu. If it is mounted, you will have to remove the Doorbell from the mount to access the setup button.
