We bought a subscription for our ring doorbell, specifically to view motion detected this morning. But it won’t open. Is there any way to view the motion detected this morning?
Hi there, @TM996! If this event took place prior to subscribing or while subscription was inactive, the video is not saved. At Ring we value your security and your privacy. For this reason, videos are only saved during a trial period or while subscribed to a Protect Plan. Subscribing to a Protect Plan does not retrieve or restore any prior videos, as they are not stored anywhere on the account without a subscription.
