Ring Doorbell mobile data

I have recently brought a 2nd gen doorbell.
All working great on WiFi, but I can’t access via the app on mobile data, I’m on EE and my wife is on O2 and it works fine for her.

I can access via the internet browser.

I rang EE and they said to contact Ring. So I contacted Ring and they said call EE.

EE reset all my mobile data settings etc and it still won’t work.

Anyone got any ideas

Hi, I don’t suppose you got this sorted? I have same issue, my wife is using BT and hers works fine. EE don’t know why I can’t connect. Even sent me new SIM for my pixel 3a
